Overview
Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to complete Cyclical Painting Works. Tenderers will be required to survey the contract area and submit quantities and pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending Pricing Schedule (Schedule 3). MVH is looking to commence this contract in May 2023. The initial project under this contract is for 71 properties which must be complete by December 31st 2023. The location of the project is Gurnos, Merthyr Tydfil
