Mole Valley District Council is seeking to appoint a Technical Transport and Highways Consultant for the Leatherhead High Street Feasibility Study. The aim of the Leatherhead High Street Feasibility Study is to assess and propose short and long term options to improve the vitality of High Street with the key objective being increased and retained footfall as well as improving highway safety for all the different types of users.
