Reading Borough Council are completing an Open ITT exercise for the provision of a Multiple Disadvantage Outreach Team (MDOT) relevant to the Rough Sleeping Drug and Alcohol Treatment Grant Scheme as provided by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
