Overview
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (the Authority), awarded a 2 year contract as an extension to the existing contract to XMA Ltd under the CCS framework RM6174. The authority extended the current lease agreement to achieve cost efficiencies and achieve additional sustainability and emission related benefits in relation the the Authority's MFD 'fleet'. The Authority requires a managed service in relation to a lease model for the provision of MFD's, inclusive of all copy/print charges, print management software, support and service review etc. The Contract extension is now in effect, and the new contract term is due for expiry on the 30/04/2026.
