The Department recognise that demand for some skills in the digital sector is high, creating resourcing challenges. In addition, the nature of digital transformational activity using a project-based model requires flexible resourcing. Consequently, the Department has a need for third-party digital skills and uses various Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Frameworks to meet this demand.
