As part of the Strategic Transport Plan and to support Midlands Connect (MC) submissions for Major Road Network (MRN) development, MC is seeking to procure consultancy services to undertake a study to identify technology-focused solutions for a rural MRN route and develop the Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC) for that route. Five shortlisted routes have been identified through the initial prioritisation undertaken by MC for all the rural routes in their area.
