MOPAC is seeking to embed a standardised process for measuring success, including an evidence-based outcomes framework for every policy and commissioned service, in line with its new Police and Crime Plan. MOPAC is committed to an evidence-based approach with clear logic models serving all our programmes. The Police and Crime Plan (PCP) sets out key areas for action in reducing and preventing violence, increasing trust and confidence, better supporting victims, and protecting people from exploitation and harm.
