This Framework aims to compliment the speed of Modular/ Offsite Construction by providing an equally quick, easy and compliant procurement route. All suppliers will be awarded following a competitive process and have the necessary insurance, policies and procedures in place to meet all statutory requirements including the applicable building regulations.
