Overview
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the delivery of minor works including, but not limited to the fixing and installation of hand rails, steps and ramps etc. at the homes of clients that have a requirement for property adaptations to assist with mobility and living independently under call-off arrangements as and when required by the Council. Generally the works required are small jobs that require the contractors to collect / supply and fit rails and pieces of equipment, or install / build ramps, adapt steps etc. at the Council’s client’s property as requested following assessment and referral by clinical staff.
