Overview
Home Group are seeking experienced multiple trade contractors to support its delivery of various refurbishment and property improvement workstreams for our customer base. It is the intention of Home Group to establish a Minor Works Framework arrangement in 2022 following a full tender process for the following regions: - Region 1 - North East Region 2 - Cumbria Region 3 - Yorkshire It is envisaged that that the Minor Works framework will cover the following (but not limited to) workstreams: - • Major void works. • Refurbishment & adaptation of properties for complex care needs. • Ad hoc planned component replacements. • Damp remedial & associated works. • Fabric first susta…
