Minor Works Framework: Construction 2024

Leicestershire County Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Providers to its Minor Works Framework. The scope of the Minor Works Framework: Construction 2024 is building (including newbuild),extension refurbishment, adaptation and associated works to the Client's own properties and to properties of Customers, further specified in the Framework Scope. The Customer work is to generate income for the Client so it may subsidise its public service commitments.
