Minor Works Framework: Construction 2019

The Scope of the Minor Works Framework: Construction 2019 (the Framework) is building, extension refurbishment, adaptation and associated works to the Client's own properties and to properties of Customers. The Customer work is to generate income for the Client so it may subsidise its public service commitments. The works comprise minor construction work (e.g. Building of class rooms) to Sites belonging to the Client and Customers. The specification of the works shall be as described in the Scope and the Work Order.
