Westward Housing Group is one of the main affordable housing providers in the south west with approximately 7,300 homes across Devon and Cornwall. This tender is to create a four year framework for contractors able to undertake minor works, including grounds works, to social housing. The sites vary from individual flats and terrace houses to large blocks. Works include render repair, wall repair, window and door replacement/repairs and internal/external decoration and repairs.
