Minor Works

This tender is to create a four year framework for contractors able to undertake minor works, including grounds works, to social housing. The sites vary from individual flats and terrace houses to large blocks. Works include render repair, wall repair, window and door replacement/repairs and internal/external decoration and repairs. Some minor roof repairs may also be included where it is cost beneficial on a case-by-case basis. Westward Housing Group Ltd wish to appoint 4 contractors onto the ranked framework.
