Overview

The University has a requirement for metagenome sequencing services. We seek to have nine soil and sediment samples sequenced using PacBio HiFi CCS Revio longread sequencing to a depth of approx. 250 Gb per sample with a minimum median read length of 10 kB and average quality score of >Q30. We intend to issue these samples to the successful supplier in a single batch in the first week of June 2024 (subject to a contract being signed in May) and require sequencing data to be returned to the University within 3 months.
