Overview

A Framework of providers will be established to deliver services for adults with mental health issues to progress their mental health recovery and to live in a way that is based on hope, confidence and the ability to live a rich and full life. The service will support clients to meet the outcomes agreed in their Support Plans. The support should assist people to build up skills, abilities, confidence, support networks and community activities that enable them to achieve greater independence/interdependence. This provision is for people with unmet eligible social care needs and therefore in receipt of a personal budget, and who have asked the Council to arrange their services.
