Tender documents issued to those awarded on TfGM Highways framework. There are multiple schools within the vicinity of these works, most notably Bowlee Park Community School on Windermere Road, which has circa 900 pupils. Consequently, there's a requirement for as much construction work as possible to be completed during the summer school holidays (24th July to 5th September 2023). An existing signal-controlled crossing on Wood Street is to be upgraded as part of the works.
