Overview
The aim of this work is to support improved motivation, learning and achievement in maths and English for all post-16 learners. We want to commission four strands of work, including an independent evaluation of our work to date. It includes the following activities: 1. Deliver courses to improve assessment for learning in maths and English (using newly-developed materials) 2. Develop and deliver CPD for support staff to improve progress in maths and English 3. Build on existing materials to develop and deliver CPD to embed maths and English in vocational teaching and apprenticeships 4. An independent evaluation of the maths and English Pipeline 2014-2019.
