Overview
Essex county council are looking for a set of suppliers to provide a range of expert and cost effective marketing and communications services. The authority proposes to establish a new framework for four years (2 years with an option to extend for 2 further periods of up to 12 months). This framework will consist of six LOTs. A combination of direct awards and mini competitions will be used to decide which supplier is selected for an individual piece of work.
