Torbay Council is seeking to invite the market to participate in a pre-market engagement event for the provision of 16 Plus Supported Accommodation. This event has the following aims to: • Gain feedback from Providers on creative and innovative approaches to delivering 16 plus Supported Accommodation; and • Inform the market of Torbay Council's future commissioning intentions and proposed timescales.
