Overview

Clarion Housing Group (including Latimer) are expecting to build circa 2,000 homes per annum over the next four years (circa 8,000 homes total), with ongoing Management Agent services required on circa 16,000 homes over the same period. We are looking to appoint an experienced panel of managing agents onto a Framework to help us reach our targets. The Framework covers various areas, including London, the Midlands, East, North, South, South East and South West of England. The Framework will run for a period of 4 years.
