Management Service at Berkeley Park

Berkeley Park is a Council owned general needs temporary accommodation facility for homeless households located within the London Borough of Hillingdon on the outskirts of Heathrow Airport. The accommodation comprises of 43 self contained units, providing a total of 169 bed spaces. All self contained units are currently fully furnished. As part of the day to day operation of this facility the Council will retain a number of key functions including; repairs and maintenance, rent setting and collection, identification and placement of homeless households, grounds maintenance and specific fire safety and health & safety compliance responsibilities.
