During the last year all Parent Partnership services have had to respond to the Children and Families Act 2014, with all Parent Partnerships services becoming Information, Advice and Support services (IASS). The scope of delivery for this service has expanded significantly with the requirement to support not only parents but also children and young people. Currently Lambeth IASS is not using any information management system.
