The Adult and Community Living (ACL) service consists of a team of 2.5 posts within the Post 16 Learning and Skills in the Education and Commissioning Directorate, Children's Wellbeing. The service is entirely funded through external ESFA funding to deliver provision via the Adult Education Budget through ESFA funding models CL10, AS35 and NR81. The ACL service does not directly deliver learning provision, but chooses to commission to organisations working in Herefordshire through a Framework of Delivery Partners to meet the ACL's strategic aims, objectives and key priorities.
