Overview

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) for a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). The focus of the contract will be on integrating MSSP services and solutions with the Council's infrastructures and service, then leverage the MSSP's security team resources and experience. The MSSP will be managed against agreed SLAs, including response times and, where appropriate, resolution times. The aim is to engage a MSSP to build a true partnership. The solution must cater for a contract agreement that would allow Yorkshire and Humber WARP members to consume services from the contract.
