Guinness wishes to improve our capability to monitor and manage our IT systems and infrastructure for security risks, events and threats across our estate along on a preventive, detective and corrective basis. Guinness intends to enter into a contract with a single provider for a three year period with the options to extend up to a total of 8 years (based on 3 year initial term with +2, +1, +1, +1 extensions), subject to performance and value for money evaluations.
