The provision will be available to assist any and all pre and post Work Programme customers in receipt of benefits (including Universal Credit) who would benefit from the motivational and practical support offered. The aims of the provision are: • to challenge claimants benefit dependency – identify why individual claimants are reliant on welfare benefits and empower them to ‘break through’ the barriers of entrenched worklessness; • to increase claimants motivation and confidence levels and raise self-esteem – identify and promote positive traits about individual claimants; • to inspire claimants to make ‘lifestyle’ changes – create a bespoke ‘road map’ that sets out realistic and…
