Scope and Objectives of Works The work comprises of maintenance of Planned Preventative maintenance in respect of all medical gas pipeline installations identified in the Plant and Equipment Schedules Whittington Hospital NHS Trust Maintenance Requirements Method Statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH risk assessments must be submitted and agreed one week prior to work starting. An annual report should be submitted to the CA outlining any remedial, renovation works in January.
