Main Contractor City Centre

In order to progress a new campus in Manchester City Centre, the LTE Group requires the services of a works contract acting as Main Contractor. The appointment of a main contractor will be by way of a direct contract with the LTE Group. The project will be procured on a two stage basis, with the successful bidder initially being appointed on a pre-construction services agreement and then a design and build contract based on the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 (as amended by a standard set of amendments).
