Overview

The Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Framework Agreement (DFA) - (under the Light Touch Regime – Schedule 3 Public Contract Regulations 2015) for the provision of Living Well At Home Services (LWAH) which will include Extra Care Housing. Tenderers are invited to tender for inclusion on the DFA. The Dynamic Framework Agreement will be for an initial term of three years (2022 - 2025) with an option for the Council to extend for up to a further three years (2025 - 2028).
