The purpose of this tender is to find a contractor to deliver the refurbishment of existing Lancaster University Management School buildings which are situated on the Lancaster University campus. A first phase of the Management School redevelopment (LUMS01) has been successfully delivered to provide the new built West Pavilion. The scope of this document is the second phase of the development (LUMS02), which consists of the refurbishment of the existing buildings as set out in the diagram below, whilst the West Pavilion, Lancaster Leadership Centre and Lecture Theatres 5 to 8 will remain operational for the full duration of the works.
