LPFT - Crisis Housing

The Service will provide short term accommodation and low level emotional and practical support for adults in a time of mental health crisis, supporting a range of newly emerging or more severe, long term and/or complex mental health conditions. The service will provide a safe and effective alternative to hospital admission for appropriate people to help reduce the number of hospital admissions.
