Allies and Morrison have been appointed to provide a Borough wide study into what determines and contributes to local character in Hackney. As part of the Local Plan review, the Council requires an evidence-based urban design study which examines the character of neighborhoods and built form in the Borough and provides options for a policy approach to design that acknowledges and enhances local character whilst identifying opportunities for future growth.
