Overview

Cobalt Housing is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to survey and carry out cladding testing across Cobalt's low rise housing stock, both houses and communal blocks of flats. The purpose of this testing is to determine the combustibility of the cladding on Cobalt's low rise properties. Cobalt's properties are exclusively located in the Croxteth, Norris Green and Fazakerley areas of Liverpool (L9, L10 and L11). The resultant contract is expected to commence in December 2017 and will need to be completed by 31st March 2018. The estimated value of the contract is £25,000 inclusive of VAT.
