Overview
The Consultant shall provide services in support of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority preparing their site decarbonisation plans for transition to Net Zero and with a view to making an application for UK Government Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS). This project is for the examination, assessment and reporting on the feasibility of a series of options to improve the energy efficiency of the sites that have been identified and develop a business case for the works, including RIBA stage 3 design.
