Overview

The NHS Diabetes Programme, a joint partnership between NHS England and NHS Improvement, Public Health England and Diabetes UK, wish to procure a maximum of 10 providers to pilot at scale delivery models for the use of Total Diet Replacement (TDR) products alongside a 12 month package of support provided in either face to face group or one to one sessions or using digital/remote methods to eligible participants with Type 2 diabetes. Each provider will work with one of 10 ICS/STP sites delivering the intervention including 12 weeks of TDR products to around 500 participants.
