Overview
Transport for London is issuing a preliminary market engagement notice in relation to on-street parking and loading enforcement of the Transport for London Road Network ("TLRN"), the red route. Parking and loading enforcement is required on the TLRN to reduce congestion, improve bus reliability, and improve the safety of the network. We are looking to engage with suppliers in relation to the provision of on-street patrols to priority locations and hotspots to prevent non-compliance with road regulations and support TfL's management of the Transport for London Road Network in accordance with our traffic management duties and the objectives of the Mayor's Transport Strategy.
