The London improvement Network is proposing to pilot the adoption of the diabetes standards in primary and secondary care simultaneously. In addtion they will test how data can be shared using the standards between primary and secondary care organisations. This will not only help us test the standards and proposed templates but create learning and tools for their respective computer systems that will be shared with other organisations.
