The services and works to be undertaken (hereinafter referred to as the Works) comprises the provision of a maintenance framework contract running concurrently with multiple providers for: grass cutting in communal areas, gardens and backcourts; shrub pruning; litter/ leaf collection; sharps removal; weed control; hedge cutting; sweeping & cleaning hard standings/ parking bays; cleaning external bin stores; and wheelie bin collection management; to access and external common areas.
