Overview

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (the Council) are looking to appoint a consultant to produce a new Local Transport Plan (LTP4) for the Borough. This plan will establish the transport policies and priorities for the Borough until 2050, including identifying objectives, policies, and plans for transport improvements across the Borough. The consultants will deliver all technical aspects of the work and should demonstrate that it has the capability within the team that it is proposing to work on LTP4. The approach to delivery of this work expected by the Council is people-centred and focusses on co-creating the strategy with the community and stakeholders of Southend.
