1.1 The Forest of Dean District Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to produce an Economic Viability Assessment report (EVA). The Council requires an EVA to undertake a whole plan viability assessment and viability of Strategic Development Locations to determine the potential level of affordable housing and its different requirements that could be secured against plan policies along with identifying potential Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) rates that could be applied.
