Provision of electronic application management portal for Local Clinical Excellence Awards for a period of 1 year initially with option to extend for 1 further year to include support contract for ongoing maintenance. To allow management of up to 250 applications per year, verification and then assessment, by a range of individuals. To include scoring and reporting of data within the system as required with the ability to add additional application rounds on an annual basis & retain the historical records.
