To procure a Panel Arrangement with a maximum of 4 suppliers for Local Land Charges Migration Services. Additional information: The purpose of the procurement is to provide the Local Land Charges Programme with the supply chain that it requires to deliver 'Industrialisation' of Local Land Charge (LLC) migration in order to enable completion of the migration of all local authorities onto the HMLR register within a maximum 6 years from FY21/22.
