LiveWest are seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Suppliers to deliver Energy Efficiency Retrofit works across four geographical areas across the Southwest of England (Bristol, Bath and West of England; North Devon and South Somerset; South Devon and Cornwall) to bring all properties EPC C or below up to EPC C standard, currently around 8,000 properties. The contracts will be for a potential period of 15 years, with an Initial term of 5 years followed by two potential 5 year extensions.
