Liss Generic

Liss Generic contract will initially provide up to 448 day time support hours and 63 waking night hours, plus one sleep in (total of 7 sleep in's per week). The support provider will work proactively with Hampshire County Council to review the operation of the service. The maximum number of hours delivered at the service will be 600 hundred hours per week, 63 waking night hours and one sleep in. The Service will provide the following support to service users: • Individual support and domiciliary care • Shared support (including shared accommodation but not residential accommodation) • Overnight support to individuals and groups of individuals • Provision of Community Support Networks…
