Lighting Project LEX - Phase 2 & 3

The City of Liverpool College comprises 48,063m2 of buildings and infrastructure across five main sites, all of which are in the Liverpool city centre. The Learning Exchange is the colleges' flagship building and whilst lighting is zoned in larger spaces and occupational sensors located offices and teaching areas it is the only site to operate inefficient high frequency lighting throughout the building. An initial phase of work was completed over the summer 2020 which included replacing emergency and lighting in high use areas with LED.
