Lifts Service and Maintenance

Hafod Housing Association Ltd, is re-tendering the contract to provide service and maintenance cover for its lifts (platform, through floor, stair and vertical). A 3-year comprehensive contract as more fully described in Section 5.15 (schedule 1a) whereby the Contractor undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may be or become necessary and provide an emergency 24-hour service; The Contract term shall include the option for two further 12-month extensions based on contract performance over the initial 3-year period.
