The City of Edinburgh Council (the “Council”) manages a large and diverse property portfolio across the city, including a significant number of high-rise residential buildings and other operational assets. Lift and stairlift systems form a critical part of this infrastructure, enabling safe, reliable, and inclusive access for residents, many of whom rely on these systems for day-to-day mobility.
