The NIC is embarking on its second National Infrastructure Assessment (NIA2), due to for publication in Autumn 2023. It wishes to carry out cross cutting analysis across all our recommendations in the following areas: - Distributional impacts: assessing whether recommendations will have disproportionate impacts on specific groups of people. - Climate change (i.e. lifecycle carbon) impact: assessing the impacts of the Commission's recommendations and sectors on greenhouse gas emissions - Environmental (i.e. natural capital) impact: assessing how the Commission's recommendations and sectors affect the stocks and flows of the UK's natural capital
