Overview
The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for Phase 2 of the Library Remodelling Project. Phase 1 was completed in January 2016 and Phase 2 aims to bring the Special Collections area of the building (A floor, West) up to the same standard. The project includes a remodelling of the area to provide more study spaces for students whilst creating a more efficient use of archiving space. The study area will be open plan, welcoming and accessible. The Special Collections space will include a secure storage area, meeting room and workspaces for four staff.
